The Fadery provides laser tattoo removal and fading services using PicoWay® laser technology. Our services are performed by certified laser specialists at our location in the Meatpacking District, New York City.
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive our services. Clients under 18 may receive services only with written parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during all appointments.
2.2 Medical Considerations
Laser tattoo removal is a medical aesthetic procedure. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your medical history
- Disclose all medications, supplements, and skin conditions
- Inform us of any changes to your health between sessions
- Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided

3. Appointments and Cancellations
3.1 Booking
Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. A valid email address and phone number are required for booking confirmation.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. We request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of prepaid amounts for that session.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from The Fadery are subject to our Gift Card Policy. Key terms include:
- Gift cards do not expire
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards may be used for any services offered by The Fadery
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase
- Gift cards are transferable

6. Results and Expectations
Individual results vary based on factors including tattoo size, age, ink colors, ink depth, skin type, and individual healing response. The Fadery does not guarantee complete removal of any tattoo. During your consultation, we will provide an honest assessment of expected outcomes.
Multiple sessions are typically required for tattoo removal or fading. The number of sessions depends on various factors that will be discussed during your consultation.
7. Risks and Consent
All clients are required to sign an informed consent form prior to treatment. Potential risks and side effects of laser tattoo removal include but are not limited to:
- Temporary redness, swelling, and blistering
- Changes in skin pigmentation (hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation)
- Scarring (rare)
- Infection (rare, typically due to improper aftercare)
- Incomplete removal
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and consent to the procedure.
