1. Service Refunds
1.1 Before Treatment
If you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment and receive a refund for any prepaid amount:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: Refund minus a $25 cancellation fee
- No-shows without prior notice: No refund
1.2 After Treatment
Due to the nature of laser tattoo removal services, refunds are generally not available after treatment has been performed. Each session involves the use of specialized equipment, medical supplies, and professional time that cannot be recovered.
However, if you experience an issue with your treatment, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include:
- Complimentary follow-up consultation
- Additional treatment at no charge if medically appropriate
- Partial refund in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
2. Package Refunds
If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions:
- Unused sessions may be refunded at the single-session rate (not the discounted package rate)
- The difference between what you paid and the value of sessions used will be refunded
- Package refund requests must be made within 12 months of purchase
3. Gift Card Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please refer to our Gift Card Policy for complete terms regarding gift card purchases and usage.
4. Promotional Offers
Services purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes may have modified refund terms. Any special refund conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Include your name, appointment date, and reason for the refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for us to review your request
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
