Thank you for purchasing a gift card from The Fadery. Gift cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of laser tattoo removal services. Please review the following terms and conditions governing the purchase and use of The Fadery gift cards.
1. General Terms
- Gift cards are issued and managed by The Fadery
- Gift cards can be purchased online at fadery.com or in person at our studio
- Gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient
- Each gift card contains a unique code for redemption
2. Expiration
The Fadery gift cards do not expire. Your gift card balance will remain available until fully redeemed, regardless of when the gift card was purchased.
3. Redemption
Gift cards may be redeemed:
- Online at fadery.com by entering the gift card code at checkout
- In person at our studio by presenting the gift card email or code
- By phone when booking an appointment
Gift cards can be applied to any services offered by The Fadery, including consultations, individual treatment sessions, and treatment packages.
4. Balance and Partial Redemption
- If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method
- If the gift card value exceeds the purchase amount, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use
- You can check your gift card balance by contacting us or logging into your account at fadery.com
- Multiple gift cards can be combined for a single purchase
5. Non-Refundable
Gift cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, check, or credit. This policy applies regardless of whether the gift card was purchased at full price or at a promotional rate.
6. Promotional Gift Cards
From time to time, The Fadery may offer promotional gift cards (for example, “Get a $250 gift card for $200”). These promotional gift cards are subject to the same terms as standard gift cards. The face value of the gift card is the redeemable amount, not the purchase price.
7. Transferability
Gift cards are transferable. The person in possession of the gift card code may redeem it for services. The Fadery is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift card codes.
8. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Gift cards are like cash. The Fadery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. We may, at our discretion, replace a lost or stolen gift card if the original purchaser can provide proof of purchase and the gift card has not been redeemed. A replacement fee may apply.
We recommend that recipients save their gift card email and keep the code secure.
9. Fraud Prevention
The Fadery reserves the right to refuse to honor gift cards that we reasonably believe were obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms. We may require identification or proof of purchase before honoring a gift card.
10. Modifications
The Fadery reserves the right to modify this Gift Card Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Gift cards purchased before any policy change will be honored according to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
